Refund policy
Gulgul Store offers tested products that are available sealed and original. However, there is rarely a chance that a customer wants to refund our product, and for the customer's ease, we have managed returns within 30 days, starting from the time of your order placement until the product is returned.
You are only eligible for a return if you find our product is not good and tasteless or not packaged with the original salt grains and coarse or other ingredients. You will also need to show the product purchase confirmation message, and we will identify the product if it is not opened or used and also available in the original Gulgul store packaging.

After the overall product packaging and internal salt, coarse, tea, and salt lamps, we confirm with our customer whether the return is accepted. If you agree with our refund policies, we will deduct the delivery cost and refund your paid amount using the same transactional method.

Damages During Delivery or Faulted Salt or coarse
This is a rare chance we send our customers a damaged product packing, and we don't compromise on quality and purity, so we guarantee our products are good to use for more taste. Suppose you are concerned about packaging damage or a product watered during the delivery. In that case, you need to contact us, and we will change the product immediately or refund your money within the refund policy scheduled time.
The non-refundable products
Various products, such as food, tea, and Himalayan rock salt lamps, are not refundable after being unboxed or unsealed. So, if you disagree with our product, you must be refunded before using it and don't open or unseal it. Please get in touch with GulGul Store staff to ensure whether the product you ordered is refundable or exchangeable.
However, all product refunds are negotiable if the condition is the same as its originality.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Delivery charges will apply if the product is exchanged. So if your exchange is accepted, you are ready to pay only delivery charges, but if you exchange it for another item, the price will vary.
For Retailers, home users and Wholesale Buyers
In the U.S., return policies are generally dictated by individual retailers, home buyers, and wholesalers rather than a federal mandate. These are consumers, and customers may offer a return policy ranging from 15 to 90 days, but our refund time is 15 to 30 days, depending on our Store refundable terms.
Refunds
